The cocktail menu is designed to feel familiar and fresh at the same time, with hand pressed lime juice, shaved to order ice, and thoughtful use of a modern Sydney pantry. Fuelled by trips to the source in Mexico, the 100-strong Tequila selection includes agave spirits from around the world.
