Beyond Borders is coming to 1 Elizabeth. Settlement Services Australia (SSI) will be presenting a special exhibition to celebrate the extraordinary artists participating in the SSI Creative Compass program, which supports newly arrived refugee artists as they develop their careers and build meaningful connections.
Come along for a special morning tea launch on Friday, 30 October to celebrate the artists, hear inspiring speeches, including personal stories behind their artwork, and enjoy a live performance by a newcomer musician.
The pop-up gallery will be open on the ground floor of 1 Elizabeth from Sunday, 1 November to Friday, 6 November, from 10:00am – 3:00pm.
