Skream & Benga

Skream & Benga reunite for one night only in Sydney, delivering deep dubstep, jungle, garage, and bass-heavy selections at City Recital Hall.

Before dubstep had a name, Croydon’s Skream and Benga laid the groundwork for the genre’s global rise. Emerging from the influential Big Apple Records and pirate radio scene, these two pioneers crafted a sound defined by deep sub-bass and syncopated rhythms, reshaping UK electronic music. Their work alongside contemporaries like Digital Mystikz and Loefah marked the birth of dubstep’s first wave.

After a decade apart, Skream and Benga have reunited, both in the studio and on stage, releasing their first new single in over ten years, Good Things Come to Those Who Wait. Now, they return to Sydney for an exclusive one-night performance at City Recital Hall, bringing their signature low-end weight, dubwise selections, and nods to jungle and garage. This event is a rare chance to experience the evolution of bass music legends in an intimate setting, honouring a sound that continues to inspire generations.

Supporting Skream and Benga are Jungist, Alec Sander and Victim.

18+ Only.
