Fresh Takes is a seasonal showcase of some of the best new pieces of publishing. It features established and emerging writers, as they read from their new works and reflect on the writers and creators who have shaped them.
The spring line-up features Barry Corr (Surveying the Wild Abyss: Unravelling settler memory), Neha Kale (Foreign Return: On art and inhabitation), Dinuka McKenzie (She Lied First), Laura McPee-Browne (Worry Doll), Jaclyn Moriarty (Time Travel for Beginners) and Jordan Prosser (Blue Giant).
The Library Cafe will be open from 5:30pm and throughout the event for drinks and nibbles.
